• Local UAE payment gateways (e.g., Telr, PayFort)

3. Billing Cycles

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the chosen interval:

• Monthly: Charged every month on the subscription date.
• Annual: Charged once per year on the subscription date, with a discount applied.

4. Subscription Management

• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time in your account settings.
• Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
• Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the billing period.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the payment up to three times. You will receive email notifications for each failed attempt. If all retries fail, your service may be suspended until payment is received.

6. Security and Encryption

All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. We encrypt sensitive data in transit (TLS) and at rest.

7. Taxes and Fees

All fees are exclusive of applicable VAT or other taxes, which will be added at checkout as required by UAE law.
